Camembert baked in its box!

This is a wonderful "recipe" it takes not time at all and if you are in a rush, the only thing you have to do is unwrap it and poke a few holes in it, pour over some wine and rub a cut garlic clove over the top (I just leave mine on it while its cooking) return it to its little wooden crate and bake in the oven until soft, you will know when its done as the top starts to puff up.

You will need: 1 whole camembert per person
enough white wine to pour over and soak into the holes
1 large garlic clove

Fresh crusty bread, mange tout, carrot batons or potato wedges to dip into it.

Hi Vi,

You know, I was a member of the pantry but I lost your address! Would love to pop in again!

I'm doing well. Just made about a hundred Easter cookies for Kirstie's party tomorrow at school!
